Follow the money trail ECTP 911 mega mega scandal bigger than City Time and still there is no criminal investigation and people died because 911 failed yet again. The trial would focus on the stealing abuse of tax payer money and again follow the money trail. At least one of Rudy's guys is a lobbyists on this as well as an entire group of Rudy's guys lobbyist for SAIC.
