FYI: I asked would you consider paper cups instead of styrofoam, she stood up, yelled at me. She menaced me stalked me as I tried to find Dr. Vine & than violently gave me the finger as I exited. She had to get out from behind a long reception desk to do this & she was so pleased after she violently gave me the finger. I was a patient, the visit cost $450 & no patient should be menaced or assaulted. She could have just closed the door but she punched me, pulled my hair & kicked me in the groin.
If you watch the video you see you could have easily closed the door but instead she decides to hit me twice knocking the phone out of my hand, than she threatens to slap the crap out of me -- nice professional talk from Dr. Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who was on duty being paid by Dr. Fagelman and she lied about slapping me -- watch her take off her shoes and throw them as she runs at me with a closed fist and punches me in the eye to leave her mark -- to get speed to hit me as hard as she could in the eye.
After that which made 3 assaults to my body - hitting my phone and hand twice than my eye I defended myself doing the minimal to stop her because she than grabbed my hair and pulled and pulled and when she kicks me in the groin I had gotten her down by grabbing her hair and she kicked but barely made contact with my pubic area although she hit the heavy woman that lied about according to the cops along with the other women who perhaps had no idea I filmed her threatening me with bodily harm and assaulting me.
There is nothing any patient could do to be given the finger violently, menaced and than threatened with bodily harm as well as assaulted and the NYPD let her go. The corrupt NYPD involved saw the video so they knew are cross complaint filed after mine was false and the used a false complaint to threaten, intimidate and coerce me in to dropping the charges -- Det John Vergona did that but a month later Sgt. Chen toyed with me on the phone -- than told me I must come in to report the crime and when I did -- the crime being she filed a false complaint the First Precinct told me I could not file a complaint re; a crime Delita Hooks false complaint and Sgt Chen refused to come down and refused to take my call so I left him a message I reported him to Internal Affairs.
