I agree with him but it is important to go because the cops abusing power will have to go down and swear under oath so DI Ed Winski, Sgt Chen and Det John Vergona will have to go down and answer questions under oath about me bring coerced and threatened with a false arrest using a crime -- a false complaint by Delita Hooks Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager.
Winski and Chen will be asked about me contacting them to notify them about the false complaint. Winski zero courtesy even acknowledging my call and Chen mocked and toyed with me telling me I had to go down in person to the first precinct and report it.
When I did I was turned away and Chrn would not come down or get on the phone so I left him and Winski a message Chen was reported to IA.
Since than I have reported Lt Bugos Chen's supervisor and DI Ed Winski.
