Port Authority Emergency Tech System like ECTP 911 Tech and CityTime a Mess, A Scam and Where are the Criminal Investigations and Arrests?

What is the status of our 911 Tech System called ECTP?

Where is the criminal investigation in to the abuse of tax payer dollars.

I found 2 NY Post articles and only the NY Post reporting the EMS software on the 911 tech system failed New Yorkers in October of last year and in June of 2012.  I think this, along with John Liu exposing over billing and the fact we have run over budget 1 billion 14 million dollars of tax payer money totally 2 billion 14 million dollars with 14 million going to NASA who has joined Defense Contractors running to NYC in my opinion to grossly over bill us because Federal Contracts are drying up and hint Mike keeps his campaign staff as deputy mayors charging tax payers 6 figures each for their salaries.  Was his goal to pay off top defense contractors and defense contractors with tax payer money to buy White House support?

Chuck Schumer and Northrop Grumman in bed as well....and in my opinion Hewlett Packard, Northrop Grumman and Verizon over billed us which is what John Liu says in his polite press release.  http://comptroller.nyc.gov/press/2011_releases/pr11-11-085.shtm  John Liu has called for a criminal investigation after his latest audit on ECTP 911 Tech system.

Where is it?
We need a criminal investigation in to ECTP and it looks like this PA emergency tech system as well.

Looks like greed before The SAFETY of The People of NYC.

Note:  Until Preet Bharara cuts off Rose Gill Hearn I know he does not mean business.   She is the Cathy Black of Dept of Investigation and she had to have seen Richard Valcich's letter on CityTime and I believe she was alerted about the 911 Tech System as well.   She is the political arm of Mike Bloomberg.

What ever her people have caught there is way more they let slide by and when it comes to the 911 Tech System it is life and death.





Note:  We also do not have a full service Trauma Level 1 hospital where St. Vincent's Hospital because Christine Quinn refused to fight for protective zoning for a hospital only were St. Vincent's was and sold our her district.

Clearly after Wall St. imploded Albany and City Hall did not learn the lesson and continue to put greed and stupidity first.
