I still can't believe 9-11 happen and that and Bloomberg and Team Bloomberg destroying NYC in yet another way can't be happening but to think you call 911 and hope the NYPD will help you and I still like to believe many will there are some NYPD that would prey on you like Joe Tacopina's rape cop Ken Moreno who had heroin in his locker and used a beautiful young woman who was drunk out of her mind like a sex toy....
Moreno is still out walking the streets.....and now we have an NYPD cop along with his wife who considered hiring a hit man to kill a key witness?
We have rape cops galore....? How many victims haven't come forwards one wonders. What about NYPD Mina who was stealing guns out of cops lockers at the 9th Precinct Moreno's precinct for how many years? A lot of years...
When is Ken Moreno going to jail. Maybe is Cy Vance had done his job these other cops wouldn't feel so damn emboldened. One Term Cy said hey let's role the heroin in to a year. Moreno is like the NYPD rape cop version of OJ except the entire city said guilty. A few misogynists said it was her fault though because they can't stop blaming women for men being predators.
