Steve Ratner pleaded the 5th 64 times!!! He paid to play ny pensions, he paid to not go to jail he paid to not plead guilty raiding NY Pensions!!! He shouldn't have been involved. It was a mega conflict of interest!!!! He is mike Bloomberg's BFF and money manager. He was banned by the SEC so Mike still keeps him on his payroll. He is Mike's boy. Mike protected the asst commissioner Dept of Aging exposed in the NYTimed stealing aprox 24 grand using CityTime and a pencil she stole and her bossed signed off on her stolen hours. Karen Shaffer was not arrested or made to pay back the money but demoted and given a fine to pay!!! You try stealing 20 grand from the bank but tax payer$$$$$ Mike's people and his pal are free to steal and abuse!!!
