I continue to say I don't think Denault innocent but SAIC top officials and NYC gov officials have guilty role and my guess a back room agreement to have Denault take the fall completely even though Valcich letter proves this went on before Denault was even hired. SAIC did not want him to have $ to defend himself. Hmmmmm

SAIC noticably missing on this new SEC lawsuit docket post 3/15 SAIC get out of jail free card, look's like another investor is chasing the scapegoat Denault, SAIC execs Kenneth C. Dahlberg and Mark W. Sopp http://dockets.justia.com/docket/new-york/nysdce/1:2012cv02128/393712/ . 

FYI reminder scapegoat Denault  has SAIC  paying legal costs for this debocial see valentine day massacre unreported Denault legal win in Delaware Court February 14.  So the street thinks SAIC is either generous on Denault's legal bills, the judge thought SAIC guiltier than Denault and the DOJ figures the street is dumb and will jail the remaining scapegoats with 9,000,000 pieces of paperwork that an storm of locusts could not eat through, and throw away the key, leaving SAIC free and all the corrupt city authorities that must have agreed and signed off on CITYTIME contracts. The defendants should if anything fight for fairness, this is a lynching.  

 Oh one other thing,  is SAIC  getting those Denault legal funds and civil lawsuit monies  from another insurance claim like the Tricare claim see http://www.nextgov.com/nextgov/ng_20120406_4413.php. Why is this huge multimillion, possibly billion dollar liability not reported by SAIC, that legal costs and civil suits abound in mass regarding CITYTIME are NOT Settled and could run SAIC more than that 500 million they just coughed up. Mr Jumper this is "Not  behind us! SAIC (see letter pulled off SAIC website by Jumper). 

To the  DOJ fowl ball on SAIC get out of jail free card. Hey DOJ what about those politicians and the contracts that SAIC and the CITY officials signed on CITYTIME.
