--- note not news being violently assaulted at the MD's office but the video has almost 5 thousand views and New Yorkers want to know why Dr. Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks, paid her for assaulting me and the NYPD did not arrest her.
Hugh Jackman and Alec Baldwin treated like royalty but I had bloodied eye, damage to my retina and neck and the NYPD had a good laugh. I guess like violence towards women by women perhaps?

NYPD went to his home and allowed him to file a complaint while NYPD Deputy Inspector Ed Winksi who not so long ago put his resume ever so briefly on linkedin along with his wife Maureen Winski --- oh yes Ed Winski than Commander of the First Precinct along with Lt. Angelo Burgos, Sgt. Chen and the front desk of the NYPD First Precinct had me turned away from reporting Delita Hooks who violently assaulted and battered me as I stood there numb arm holding my bags and phone at the medical offices of Dr. Fagelman who at the time he shared with Dr. Vine who had just removed a cyst with 2 painful injections to my elbow.....
Wow is this strange how the 6th Precinct actually makes an arrest and it is over 6 months and Delita Hooks has not been arrested.
Sure hope Dr. Fagelman does not write scripts of Human Growth Hormone a cross between the fountain of Youth and Viagra.
I am sure Dr. Fagelman does not do things like that for the NYPD but he did pay Delita Hooks for attacking me and he did not fire her so he supports and financed me almost being blinded which required eye surgery or go blind and a neck brace to address neck damage.
After the third strike to my body I effectively fought back without putting down my bags or phone.
If you gave Ed Winski, Maureen or any Winski, Burgos, Chen, uber corrupt det John Vergona in my opinion the finger at the doctors office let alone violently assaulted them or their pals there would have been an arrest but I am not Hugh Jackman.
I was jerked around, lied about and the victim further victimized..
NYPD applies the laws depending on who you are..

No arrest --- see her hand on the door -- she could have closed it -- she did a series of abusive actions the last being giving me the finger and than walking away so pleased with herself.

FYI: Det John Vergona wanted me to wait 4 days until Saturday to be false arrested although I agreed to be false arrested on Oct. 16, 2012. I asked why do I have to wait 4 days to be arrested? Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath. Are you anti-Semitic?
