In my opinion NYC gov top officials including dept of investigation led by Rose Gill Hearn failed us because she like Mike Bloomberg, Mark Page and Bill Thompson as well as others knew about Richard Valcich's letter as well as in your face shocking over rides.

Note City Council continue to approve shocking and in my opinion wrong continue to green lighting shocking mega over runs including with the uber corrupt 911 Tech System called ECTP.

Despite this SAIC had auditors?  Am I correct and can we hold them liable.

Ditto for the main contractors in all these tech contracts and any contracts where NYC tax payer money was handed over like it came from Bloomberg's charity.
