A quarter of a million dollar car and Julien Chabbott can't afford to park the car in the parking lot on Mercer St. but he parks it in the loading and unloading zone that it appears The Mercer Hotel usually has a special relationship with the NYPD to not ticket their luxury cars that sit there for hours and they are not loading and unloading but PARKING!

The rich and arrogant are above the law.  Chabbott is rare exception that actually got busted and the thought of a traffic ticket made him jump in to the car to move it?  That is very stupid for someone who has how many millions of dollars.  He runs over the NYPD officers foot even stupider so one wonders where did Chabbott get all his money.  He seems like an idiot and a cheap one at that.
