Mayor Bloomberg's Co-Mayor Glenn Hutchins dumping Gartner?

Remember I wanted an accounting of how much we have paid Gartner Group and I wanted Gartner out of NYC Gov.? I did a youtube a year ago when Mike looks in the mirror he sees Glenn Hutchins. Glenn is a much younger billionaire that has a seat on the NY Federal Reserve and like Rupert Murdoch is part of The Partnership for NY. I am very very tired and an artsist but it looks to me that Glenn and his partners are selling 2 million shares in Gartner Group so is that Glenn doing what I wanted - dumping Gartner? Maybe he is embarrassed that a company expert in tech was charging us money all these years -- how much We The People paid Gartner not available on NYC gov website and we have the largest tech frauds, abuses and mega millions to over a billion dollar over rides tax payer money on every tech deal...? I am an artist wondering out loud. ECTP 911 Tech even bigger scam and fraud than CityTime -- and CityTime SAIC and NYC Gov role is far bigger than exposed as cover-up and media black-out remain in place to protect top officials from resigning all SAIC turn over of CEO even faster than NYC Gov's Doitt. I would like a group of consultants 4th graders from nyc public school and than a billionaire group like Mike, Rupert, Glenn and Larry (Ellison) the same questions because allowing mega over rides should never have been allowed and on flawed tech systems. It was common sense but even our City Council headed by Mike's puppet Christine Quinn rubber stamped corruption. Billionaires do not run businesses like this. Hey is Mike selling off his stock in NYC gov like Glenn selling Gartner? Hardee har!
