Everyone wants to rip NYPD for anything and everything possible but we have had one NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly who comes off saintly compared to everyone including Christine Quinn and City Council who rubber stamped billions in over runs for countless corrupt tech contracts.
Commish Kelly was actually a real police officer working for NYC vs countless posers that not only failed us but aided and abetted thievery and tax payer abuse -- the cover - ups for CityTime huge and Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations by Tish James and discouraged a third!!!! Just like ECTP 911 Tech System -- simple math -- we were robbed!!!!
