the largest tech disasters ever and under Mike Bloomberg -- a fraud -- not the great biz tech whiz but a fraud but not front page news....that we should be getting the largest settlement so far NYC gov history if we had Justice....Mike was forced to ask for 600 million back from SAIC re: CityTime aka CityCrime brought in by another fraud Giuliani -- SAIC is thinking maybe they will have to pay Tax Payers almost half and I thinking SAIC should pay us 1 billion times 3 RICO.
