NYPD PBA Ticket Fixing Favors City Hall Media Cover-up

Isn't it interesting how no NYPD fixes and favors occurr any where but the Bronx although actual NYPD officer protestors held signs this has been going on since Eygptian times which was an admission of guilt and also curious. Rumor is NYC gov officials guilty along with NYPD and PBA. I didn't ask about Albany politicos getting fixes and favors as well but it is a no brainer along with athletes, celebrities, etc. Also curious -- the press won't ask City Hall or follow up on who got their tickets fixed. I have heard a rumor 3 City Council members got fixes - ticket fixes and my guess is it goes higher up City Hall. Reporters are not reporting because they either fear NYPD or got fixes and favors NYPD PBA? Internal Affairs any comment?
