Bloomberg Haggerty Trial Sept. 12 Rumor: Haggerty Forced to Expose Mike’s Use of Charities to buy City Council Votes?

Heard on the street.....Rumors!

 The DA says Haggerty should not be able to raise the Bloomberg campaign practices in his defense.......Haggerty will outline how Bloomberg bought City Council Votes   ---   Bloomberg  charity $$$$$ -- A FELONY. How will Vance NOT indict Bloomberg, Sheekey,Harris?

If Bloomberg, Sheekey and HARRIS are not on the DA's witness list Haggerty's lawyers will call them.     ( Suzannah: Sheekey like dollar bill Dan Doctoroff and Pat Harris work for his private empire although Pat’s technically on the public empire dole but it appears Mike has used his not for profit charity to profit/manipulate NYC gov. politics in an extreme way.  Did Mike Bloomberg may have broken some laws along the way like he did wiring money out of his personal account the day before the election?)


Oh and than there was the use of slush money to buy city council votes to extend term limits and Christine Quinn teaming up with Mike “slush and intimidation”.

Rumor Heard on the Street:  Mike Bloomberg could be in big trouble even after his 3rd term ends unless he gets his puppet mayor Christine Quinn in to make sure he is not investigated on several fronts,  one rumored front  involves NYC school test scores which were said to be “inaccurate”.   Wolfson said numbers don’t lie but do they? More on this later...  


Pundit said there is no way the Haggerty case is going through to a full trial. (Let’s see Mike’s Houdini act with Cy Vance as his assistant!)

and than their is Aron Ronston’s piece that says Mike funneled money to Haggerty 2 elections in row but let’s get back to how Mike used charity money to buy a third term and how the Doe Foundation was rewarded via Mike Bloomberg’s “charity”.

 (note from Suzannah: like Mike giving millions in charity to  the Doe Fund who supported his third term run and were rewarded via the his “non-profit charity" ? http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/07/nyregion/07doe.html and did Patti Harris take care of that during NYC gov. time?  Let’s ask Patti Harris deputy mayor questions on the witness stand!   (Same Pat Harris who would not tell us where she was during Bloomberg’s Blizzard of 2010). There are even rumors Mike’s campaign folk used people receiving charity money to fill up city hall so those testifying against denying the People a right to vote on a  referendum would not have room to sit down! Oh Mike how low can you go.  We may learn if John Haggerty is allowed to defend himself.  How about a full forensic audit of  Mike Bloomberg’s campaign expense for the last two elections?

The NY Post has for the most part been covering up for Mike Bloomberg so this editorial saying Haggerty should be allowed to defend himself  is a bit of shocker when the same editors buried David Seifman’s article which never made it to the hard copy about the Post using FOIL to read Mike’s emails to Haggerty!  Mike said no I am not sharing emails to Haggerty with you!

Folks Cy Vance must be praying for a way to make this trial go away.  He can’t make Haggerty vanish but if he could get him on a plane out of the country like rapacious ex-IMF chief he would.

I called Cy Vance’s Integrity Hotline the very first day and reported Mike Bloomberg breaking campaign laws referencing Wayne Barret’s article in the Village Voice and Aram Roston’s article in The NY Observer and it is a Misdeamor A that carries jail time as well as Christine Quinn allegedly using staff on NYC gov. time to work on her mayoral campaign (ssheeesh sure hope Tony Simone isn’t doing that this time around along with other staffers!) but Cy Vance wasn’t interested!

Sure hope Haggerty calls Wolfson to the stand.  I would like him cross examined on how much money he got to help Mike steal, oops, barely win a third term and the fact Wolfson did not vote for Bloomberg.
