Mike Bloomberg’s techno-dreams are the tax payer’s nightmares.
Will I get the comment below approved? Doubt it! I want to add Christine Quinn sold the great lie we needed Mike to help us with the economy but I left that out knowing it would never get posted.
I wrote Mike Bloomberg’s techno-dreams are the tax payer’s nightmares but here is the comment I fear won’t make it past the NY Time censors which I will post on my blogs. When Josh Margolin of the NY Post exposed NYCAPS August 11, 2011, I dubbed NYCAPS CityTime 3. John Liu had subbed ECTP CityTime 2. ECTP is the flawed 911 Tech System which similar problems to CityTime especially when it came to consultants time sheets. Margolin wrote this: "One of Accenture's lobbyists is Gino Menchini, who was city commissioner of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications when NYCAPS was first being developed. He did not respond to messages.” Look at the lobbyists for CityTime including SAIC and Technodyne for key names. Nice to know lobbyists are making big bucks pushing companies that are billing us up to our eyeballs and for what? Why no arrests and why are we not suing to get money back on ECTP and NYCAPS as 800 city workers that work for NYC schools are being laid off? I dubbed CityTime the Tax Payer’s Titanic . Bloomberg is the king of out-sourcing as we continue to have harsh lay-offs and cuts; not the great business man we were told he would be helping us with the economy but he has made consultants that live out of state richer.
