I have been going thru lobbyists page on nyc gov. Gino and Agostino I found as lobbyists for TechnoDyne which connects them to CityTime.
I than found them connected to
Northrup Gruman which along with Hewlett Packard like SAIC and subsidiaries got busted by Joh Liu for 911 tech system aka EcTP.
Is Preet investigating if lobbyist and it seems many have had upper management jobs at City Hall like Peter Powers who worked as Rudy's deputy mayor and I found the year he became lobbyist for SAIC is the year he took over for Giuliani Partners so Rudy could run for President?
Did Rudy and Peter ever discuss SAIC and it's massive over billing making specific parties a wind fall?
Did Agostiono and Rudy ever chat about any of the companies including Northrup Gruman and TechnoDyne again making $ yet along with HP and SAIC were billing big time?
Is Preet looking in to the lobbyist role (roll) or where they harmless sales people with no idea or responsibility re: years of massive spending by the mayor and their administration who laid off honest good workers even sending out emails you are laid off at Christmas while Preet has made no arrests yet at City Hall? The mayor and his advisers heavy spending during a recession and for poor NYers they already live in a depression is in my book criminal!!! Along with anyone NYC gov, lobbyists, ex. Gov workers that were are players along with big companies doing their best to cover-up their roll.
Asst deputy of aging stole 22,000 dollars using CityTime hand writing in her time sheets and she has not been arrested, asked to return the money but she is proof CityTime does not work and Cy Vance and maybe Preet's office hesitate to make arrests NYC gov.?
3 people implicated flew out of the USA maybe never to be seen again or will cost even more tax payer $

In my opinion Rose Gill Hearn went to NY1 and Mike the WSJ and stated CityTime works. Like they weren't under oath. Sure sounds like they are covering for SAIC and shareholders.
Any of these crooks and their relatives shareholders?
Has Preet looked at that for all NY tech fraud with companies publicly traded?
