Look at how long CityTime was allowed to flourish....city crime flourished....who got kick backs, hand washing, MTA SAIC, back room deals......look at how many jobs were created to be out sourced by consultants who over billed and did not deliver services....and it went on and on for years.....

how many corrupt tech deals..... look to the Board of Ed tech deals and look to the 911 Tech System called  ECTP that is rumored to be possibly bigger problem than CityTime a lemon from the get go no lemonade but the tax payers robbed raped frauded as crooks and even nyc gov workers posing as good citizens did quite well for themselves....
