Gino attended Mike’s daughter’s wedding and went from big mover and shaker NYC gov overseeing billion dollar contract IT to big time lobbyist and his partner Agostino caught me eye for a little lobbying work on Technodyne.

Over and over all roads lead to Mike Bloomberg and his mayorship....the corruption and scandals from Board of Ed with it’s big tech thefts one that implicated Verizon and IBM, SAIC, CityTime, 911 Tech System
(um, how many scandals are Verizon and IBM and Northrup Gruman implicated in NYC gov along with SAIC and any subsidiaries or sub-contractors acting like they are subsidiaries for these big companies.....? and when we look at scandals we need to look at lobbyists most especially when they worked with NYC gov and also see who they are connected to whether it is the mayor or other cityworkers......just look at CityTime...)
all these NYC gov big time scams, fraud and theft all under Mike Bloomberg, a supposedly great mayor that Christine Quinn who is announcing she is running for mayor with over 3 million dollars already in her war chest said we had to have for a 3rd term to help us with the economy.
Well they did not help the People but helped fat cats to get richer, they helped themselves, their pals and knowingly or unknowingly they helped the BIGGEST fraud and theft in NYC gov. history ever!!!!!!!!!
As usual the Conflict of Interest Committee the biggest joke in NY government.... failed to do there job and as usual people live their cush NYC jobs to begin even more lucrative jobs as lobbyists but this stinks...just like Peter Powers became a lobbyist for SAIC the same year Rudy runs for President of the United States and I happen to find on Wiki that Peter ran Rudy’s company and appears to also coincidently become a lobbyist for SAIC!
Conflict of interest committee Joel Bondy, Mark Mazer and how many others on CityTime and in my opinion the comittee dropped the ball on the 911 Tech System as well as just about everything else.

Who are policing the big contractors and the small ones and all the sub-contractors who in my opinion mostly appear to be ripping off the tax payers in record historic amounts while so far none are in jail but neither are Vito Lopez and pals or Pedro Espada and pals, Carl Kruger.....along with so many from Albany to City Hall...not hand cuffs, jail....at least yet...and ditto for SAIC CityTime.
Is Preet Bharara so over run with corruption he can’t even begin to investigate and begin to prosecute on the 911 Tech System ECTP which is rumored to be a bigger scam than CityTime SAIC? Reminder CityTime and SAIC brought in by Rudy Giuliani who like Mike had his eyes on The White House.
When No Third Term asked the question who is Agostino Cangemi.....I answered it by stating a lobbyist for TechnoDyne. Than we saw Gino Menchini’s name all over the NYC gov lobbyist list along with Agostino....
I just want to know what is Preet Bharara doing to investigate the 911 Tech System known as ECTP and when are we going to have some arrests CityTime from SAIC to NYC gov workers to other sub-contractors including and beyond TechnoDyne.....???????
Can lobbyists get arrested if they knew the systems were not what they were suppose to be and that companies they were representing were over billing ...???

Bit of irony -- click on the link for this IT website and hit skip ad.....when you do you can read the article and the reason is there is a huge HP advertisement blocking it. Hewlett Packard is huge big bad player in ECTP 911 tech system along with Northrop Grumman and you can’t read the article but the Allens the husband and wife owners of TechnoDyne that are accused of a $450 million dollar fraud.
It is really hard to follow all this and that is the point if you are making huge amounts of money...you don’t want people to be able to follow it....
Under Bloomberg we have had the most massive tech fraud and fraud fraud, white collar crime theft and if the 911 Tech system is fully exposed than we are talking more than 3 billion of tax payer dollars under Mike Bloomberg abused, frauded, some stolen while NYC gov workers allowed it to flourish until John Liu put the kibosh on it....from CityTime to SAIC.
