Can we get a full refund on CityTime first introduced by mayor Rudy Giuliani and he brought in SAIC who has been milking tax payers or robbing them?  CityTime is the tax payers Titanic.

Can we get a full refund on the state of the art 911 system that still doesn't work right?  That would be over a billion dollars.    Also how about all those lobbyists.   Let us cut them out completely.  Just look at the SAIC MTA deal that DiNapoli put the kibosh too and who was the lobbyist -- Rudy's best friend.  SAIC and the MTA's response to DiNapoli and the people of NY -- tough we are going thru with the deal anyway!  New Yorkers can't afford SAIC!

I don't want lobbyists.  Put your request up for all NYers to see on a website.  NY State or NYC City should charge a flat fee for posting and we all get to see what it is you want to provide NY with, etc.  For all to see-- thank you and cut the highly paid pimping out!
