DiNapoli killed the SAIC MTA deal and the MTA SAIC say tough the deal is going. Now SAIC has been dropped by the MTA finally

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxKq6_zaF5M  Please explain why "certain people" were pushing this deal and SAIC with NYC gov. like heroin?  I want answers but not in a press room but in a court room where people are sworn in under oath.  Peter Powers, Rudy's childhood friend was the lobbyist on this deal.  Rudy brought in CityTime and SAIC.  I looked up Rudy's Wiki page on his business and it appears that when Rudy ran for President Peter took over and it appears that is the same year he became a lobbyist for SAIC.

DiNapoli killed the deal but the MTA and SAIC said tough -- today it is dead.

What the press will not touch Mike Bloomberg Mark Page, husband of Patricia Harris, Peter Powers  can we ask them if or what their stance -- relationship with SAIC is/was..... and  even Rudy Giuliani who originally brought in CityTime and the SAiC.    Remember it appears that Peter Powers began working as a lobbyist the same year he took over Rudy's company so Rudy could run for president.
