First I have been asked some questions: Do you think Haggerty broke the law, or do you think Haggerty is a fall guy ?
Yes, Haggerty is the fall guy and only because a NY Post reporter on top of his game caught wind of the story and reported the news! I have been saying all along Haggerty is innocent! John Haggerty is as innocent as Mike Bloomberg. Technically there is no doubt Haggerty broke the law but so did Mike Bloomberg by wiring money from his personal account, 1.1 million dollars the day before the election!
Mike Bloomberg funneled money to Haggerty via the Republican party the election before and I want to emphasize the word "funneled" which of course Mike Bloomberg's lawyers object to. Aram Ronston exposes the dirt in this article http://www.observer.com/2010/politics/secret-campaign-mayor-mike?page=0and
Wayne Barrett was the first to break the story of Mike Bloomberg actually breaking campaign laws.
Mike Bloomberg Broke Election Law, Admit His Own Lawyers
In Aram Ronston's excellent piece "The Secret Campaign of Mike Bloomberg"
Aram says Cy Vance doesn't have the balls to go after Bloomberg -- I am paraphrasing.
Cy Vance has opened up a Pandora's Box going after the Independence Party because I do believe they will subpoena Mike Bloomberg unless a puppet judge prevents it somehow. Remember it was the NY Post that asked for 62 emails that Mike Bloomberg refused to turn over.
Reminder the Independence Party wanted to return the money as stated in this Wall Street Journal article so I do hope Frank MacKaye will be the one to serve Mike Bloomberg with a subponea and finally we the people can here Mike under oath answer tough questions about breaking campaign laws because in my opinion Mike's name tops the list. My guess is Cy Vance made a big mistake going after The Independence Party.
One note: http://www.nyindependence.com/ The Independence Party has removed their website at least for now...http://independencepartyny.com/?page_id=148 emailed my question, "Will you serve Mike Bloomberg with a subpoena?"

I have made a lot of YouTubes on this and countless blog postings.
