Sub-Zero Trickle Down my term for how sickening Bloomberg spent this obscene amount of money and the people of NY did not even get a trickle down -- it went in to Wolfson and the campaign staff's pockets. 102 million that could have gone to education, homelessness and more went to greedy ruthless people.
