What if Mike Bloomberg just handed out a 100 million dollars directly to the people of New York rather than to his campaign managers, advertising exec

p.s. I say lowest price point phrase. I remember the first time Bloomie ran he had Bloomberg radios handed out...This time -- if he spends 100 million dollars to win -- the majority of that money will have gone in to the pockets of campaign people, advertising execs...I believe he will win but a small win for big $. He is buying votes but he reached more people the first time handing out inexpensive radios. What if he just handed 100 mill to the people? Answer = high price point per vote win.
