Interesting....the idea you put forth by a Bloomberg-supporter -- why would he steal money when Bloomberg would have paid him lavishly? I am curious about Steve Rattner and Bloomberg's involvement in the push for a 3rd term and Bloomberg and friends use of employees -- it gets confusing -- the move from public to private sector Bloomberg's private empire to his public empire aka City Of New York just like his ad on the steps of City Hall that I made made 3 YouTubes about where he instructs us to "Think Bloomberg"

The reason I am posting in sections is I am trying to figure out what the "word police" at the new york post is objecting to -- here is part 3

and only at the very bottom step in a smaller font it says Bloomberg word police company website How much did he pay for that ad? Did the same people work on his campaign ads? Is he advertising both his name as political person and his private empire? When I think of Rattner and Bloomberg I think of many blurry lines that need investigating.

Mike Bloomberg's reckless tsunami of development putting greed before infrastructures and safety

This expansion happening right now almost at the front doors of The Village Voice is a huge embarrassment and exposes the ugly truth that most New Yorker know whether they realize it or not. Our billionaire mayor Mike Bloomberg and socialite city planner mega millionaire gal pal thisclose with power brokers she aided and abetted in supersizing on our old infrastructure. This is just 2 blocks from a medium sized water main break that I believe Cooper Union's Studio build caused as well as a stones throw from way too many buildings to even try and list that all busted through our zoning!!!!!! How many water main breaks, sewage breaks, gas leaks,  man hole pipe explosions....please don't forget the the steam pipe explosion that looked like a terror attack by Grand Central or the death toll from construction related builds including scaffolding and cranes. This photo is just a stones throw  from Cooper Union sky piercing zone busters -- so many it is hard to list but let us focus on two that have nothing to do with higher ed -- just higher greed and at the expense and endangerment of the community. Every New Yorker has witnessed some kind of infrastructure related break down from water main breaks, etc. to the dangerous state of the hellish street conditions to the sidewalks... the streets in better condition in Colonial Times..... It was common sense that infrastructure concerns  had to be addressed first before development but Mike's reasoning is and was it is bad for his mega rich greedy developer buddies but the reality is it was as reckless and stupid as what caused Wall Street to implode. Just look at the subways stations which are rotted and leaking and the service which is awful, crowded and dangerous. The Domino Sugar Factory is the newest reckless dangerous greedy endeavor by Bloomberg and Burden for their pals.  Just go stand in the subway station there and see the bodies of people waiting for subway doors to open and often just pass them by.  There is no express on that line. Bloomberg closed Engine 212, The People's Firehouse and how can you close firehouses and push population expansion? One word answer "recklessly". Mike also tossed another infrastructure to the wayside -- the one that forms DEMOCRACY.

In my opinion Larry Seabrook and Kendall Stewart were as guilty as their staff, one a senior aid for the money that went missing and I don't know how they were able to walk away.

Rumor is Seabrook is going down big this time.

But all the corrupt city council members whether they get successfully prosecuted or not that have and are being investigated all happen to vote to extend term limits.

Mike Bloomberg denied us a referendum and put the vote in front of corrupt city council members that of course wanted a third term.  Miguel Martinez was the only one honest enough to plead guilty and admit he was stealing from the get go.

Mike Bloomberg is not a transparent mayor.  Mike Bloomberg doesn't run a transparent private or public empire. I am an artist and I dream of having my art as words on the steps of  Grand Central and I want to know how much his package cost and how much it would cost me to have the smallest price point. Mike's public relations woman won't divulge any info on how much his ad cost or the confusing text "Think Bloomberg" and only at the very bottom of many steps in the smallest font does it say "bloomberg.com"  so is Orwellian ad seems to be advertising Bloomberg the mayor as well as Bloomberg.com. I called the MTA's ad people....tune in to this..... The MTA's advertisements are handled CBS Outdoor and I spoke to a sales man who told me in so many words my advertisement which by the way I consider art would not be accepted....I mentioned my ad would say "When Mike Bloomberg says progress, he means get your moving van". The man speaking to me hung up on me.  He told me I sound angry and confrontational.  I said I am angry that Mike Bloomberg is responsible for displacing so many people but I want to know how much an ad costs and he let me know my ad would most likely not get approved and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a sane person in the legal department and she said I have every right to get the price package to run an ad.  She said there is a possible my ad could get forwarded to the legal department but first things first.   She took my telephone number and said I would get a call back with a price package for placing my "art" or "ad" on the steps of Grand Central like Mike Bloomberg. Mike Bloomberg's money manger Steve Rattner may be banned by the SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!

The New York Times reports that the SEC is considering banning Steve Rattner, Mike Bloomberg's money manager as well as a huge democratic fund raiser along with his wife. Remember Rattner stepped down from his job at The White House as Car Czar to supposedly spend more time with his family? I guess he considers Mike Bloomberg family because he has be seen at City Hall. Read on and tune in to my YouTube about this and related issues. Most people tuned in believe Rattner stepped down from his job at the White House because of these pension fund scandals.


If the SEC gets it's way this could hurt Steve Rattner's book deal. Joyce Purnick paints Rattner as golden in her phony bio on Bloomberg and side note does the same with developer Mike "Red Square" Rosen who has brought the Lower East Side the hideous ugly Red Square development with Lenin on the roof top while Rosen lives in the symbol of gentrification which was once a welfare building called the Christa Dora. Is sure helps to have friends at The New York Times when you are trying to sell your book and of course yourself/brand as a saint.


Well, Rattner is going to have a harder time even with friends like Mike Bloomberg, the owner of The New York Times and Joyce Purnick who like Rattner use to work for The New York Times.
