Here comes the judge! According to Law 360: Judge Richard J Sullivan Preet Baharara recent press release on public corruption calling it " set for tabloid consumption" Finally!! Preet's sensationalism gets questioned!
Judge Sullivan scolds Preet by reading aloud his recent press release and compares it to a theme for Mighty Mouse.

The street; About time. Let's talk Preet and CityTime. The trial is close to commencing and Preet made sensational claims that no aspect of CityTime was untainted and its the largest crime in the history of New York and more indictments would come. Not so at all Superman et al Mighty Mouse. SAIC the lead contractor bought a get out of jail free card where not single top exec has been indicted, not a single government employee indicted, not a single politician. Who signed those contracts for the City and SAIC?
