Times Square Shooting Justified?

 The man filming states not a justified kill --  I am a supporter of NYPD but too many cops guns drawn --  when 1 could have shot for his leg or arm not to kill.

I understand adrenaline and I understand how dangerous that guy was but still I do question the fact he is dead.


This YouTube says justified.   He slashed a guy in the face who was taken to the hospital.
The police gave warning repeatedly, sprayed pepper spray....this young guy in the video says justified.

It looked like a scene out of a sci fi horror movie and this could be a reality tv shoe from a hellish future.
