I have not been your greatest advocate of late ... apologies. BUT when I was checking in with my neighbor, a NYCity policeman, I asked in conversation about the good payroll service afforded by CityTime.

What does amaze me is that the unions PUT UP WITH THIS mess. If you start to mess with PAYROLL that is a major employee upset!!! And yet the unions NEVER complain about CITYTIME.
