SAIC CityTime Shareholder lawsuits Soon Despite NYC Gov media cover-ups!

SAIC CityTime law suits before criminal suit which has been delayed making me what happen to a right to a speedy trial.   Christine Quinn wants to push up date of mayoral election and FYI -- she and Bill Thompson implicated and Bill DeBlasio did nothing to stop CityTime.

The civil suits are consolidating this month to a single complaint, there is a small two week delay filed by those suingfrom August 13 to August 27, then SAIC must respond in 60 days, then those suing have 60 days to counter respond and 30 days thereafter for SAIC to respond, that tracks it for decision in 5 months or earlier. SAIC has a quarterly reporting call coming up by months end, this beats the earnings call date 8/31, wonder if SAIC will report more losses and exposure.
