I hope NYPD Recio Sues Julien Chabbott but Can Chabbott Sue The Mercer for Private Parking Scam in Loading and Unloading Zone?

I ask because 2 years ago when Michael Rawson was the manager of The Mercer Hotel he would come out and harass Veteran Vendors and call the NYPD on them.  The NYPD would not ticket the illegally parked cars in the loading and unloading zone!

• I was sent a link of another Chabbott that was drunk and killed a family and asked if there was any relation. If Chabbott sued The Mercer Hotel for taking his keys and therefore responsibility of his car would the Mercer's lawyer ask Chabbott a Vassar Graduate if he can read "loading and unloading only"? What about the hotel's lawyers and staff. It is illegal running a private parking scam in a loading unloading zone. Hello NYPD?

• Julien Chabbott in theory could be sued by NYPD officer Felix Recio couldn't he? He defames him on TMZ's website as a liar faking his injuries. In theory Chabbott could sue The Mercer Hotel for misleading him re: private valet parking in the loading and unloading although it says plain as day "loading and unloading" not private parking!
