How much is it worth in money to park outside The Mercer Hotel and not get ticketed and not have to pay for parking? Talk about fixes and favors!!! I noticed when Muchael Rawson than manager would get the NYPD to ticket veteran vendors and walk past illegally parked cars.
NYPD!!!! The NYPD and The Hotel treat the loading and unloading as private parking which is illegal!!!
DOT must replace signs Private Parking for The Mercer Hotel but oh that isn't allowed so the police turn a blind eye usually. The cop must not have know the rich are above the law!!!
Police accept loading and unloading as Mercer's private parking including division that does parking violation.
Totally fixed fixing and favors???!!!! Couldn't get NYPD to ticket illegally parked car with fake NYPD placard.

This young cop did not understand the rich are above the law and you are suppose to look the other way which usually happens year round.
When you ticket someone rich it upsets them.
They actually have the money to pay and look what happens.
This young guy is so rich and he prefers driving away rather than taking a ticket and paying. He even runs over the NYPD officers foot.
