Watch Lauren Passalacqua, Deputy Press Secretary, protect an NYPD Officer, Det. Kevin Lynch, yes I just learned his first name finally, who has breached NYPD protocol not identifying himself.
You can count another breach and that is his uncourteous behavior as both an NYPD officer and a representative of mayor Mike Bloomberg.
Lauren Passalacqua did give me her card although you can see in the video
1) she never corrects me when she tells me her name and call her Laura.
she does not answer my question how do you spell your name although later she gives me her card and rescinds the offer I was originally given to stand and wait for the mayor's press secretary to arrive.
2) Lauren did make one right move and that was giving me her card. Wayne Kwadler refused to give me his name so I found out and now his name with a damning Village Voice article about his role in Quinn's administration is now on all my blogs.
Suggestion -- If you do not have personal integrity to be honest about your identity and your work for Christine Quinn or Mike Bloomberg than maybe you should do so because people may think you have something to hide and you are not being ethical.
Lauren Passalacqua a Deputy Secretary for mayor Bloomberg aids and abetts Det. Kevin Lynch in his blatant disregard for NYPD protocol and protects his abusive discourteous behavior to me a civilian.
I would tell you Mike Bloomberg has an ounce of integrity and will do something about that but he won't.
Mike Bloomberg protects Steve Rattner who pleaded the 5th 64 times and paid to not plead guilty and paid to not go to jail just like he paid to play in NY Pension.

By the way the Brownfield clean-up press info Mike released sounds like a pack of lies in terms of how many jobs it will generate.
Will anyone in the press follow-up and ask him tough questions about this as well as CityTime and even more urgently the 911 Tech System called ECTP.
Mike Bloomberg has multi-Watergates and they are not like multi-orgasms. He is a Richard Nixon like figure ready for the fall and what a shock to his arrogant staff if he was forced to resign before his illegal 3rd term.
The press does not ask him one tough question or challenge him but I do before I am interfered with by Lt. O'Sullivan also from the NYPD Intelligence Unit. He interfers with my confronting the mayor on the 2 billion 14 million dollar tech disaster ECTP 911 which could be life or death for us including NYPD officers because in a terror attack for example they will need to use ECTP 911 Tech and it could fail so Mike's NYPD Intelligence Division prevents me from continuing me on and too his credit he does not touch my body and or violate my personal space -- he is polite but he prevents me from my freedom of speech and dong my best to help the entire City of New York including NYPD to be safer if we can get answers and accountability as well as money back on the 911 Tech System.
It could also mean when we get money back hiring more NYPD but who want to if they behave like NYPD officer Kevin Lynch.
Lt. O'Sullivan knows something that Lauren Passalacqua does not want to allow herself to admit -- that NYPD Officer Kevin Lynch was out of line and so was she protecting him.

Kevin Lynch disturbing physical behavior like a shark moving in way too close to my body, moving away and moving in repeatedly.. In contrast Lt. O'Sullivan stays a respectful distance away and never makes contact with my body.
He was baiting you into pushing him away, which is the natural human reaction to being pushed or having your personal space closed in on, so he could arrest you.
Note to Bloomberg and his press secretaries..... You and Quinn can try you Putin like behavior but it will continue to come back to haunt you and further tarnish your already legacy which is in the dumpster from terms limits to corrupt real estate dealings to way too many Tech Tax Payers Titanics --- CityTime, ECTP 911, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless etc oops you just happen to green light hundreds of millions to billions in over - rides, outsourcing, consultants and "quality control".

Four years ago, the NYPD, which issue passes to journalists, denied my press credentials on the grounds that I am only a blogger, and for a long time Bloomberg refused to take my questions. I was also barred for a while from the press gallery. But two years ago, I won a legal victory for bloggers and they had to let me back in. Thanks to a federal lawsuit I filed, New York City now recognises bloggers as journalists and they can get press credentials. This is one of the biggest things that I have ever won. (It was Norman Siegel that won't Raphael!)
p.s. Norman Siegel is my lawyer and I have a Dream Team of Civil Rights lawyers reading my blog...you know I say that? Because I ask them to.
