Oh and here is my discovery rewind two years ago and I could not get the NYPD to take a look at a fake NYPD parking placard until I was directed to Internal Affairs by an NYPD Officer I called up at One Police Plaza.
I wonder if I walked up to any of these NYPD Intelligence officers --- rewind 2 years ago and asked them to walk over and look at this illegally parked SUV in front of The Mercer Hotel with a fake NYPD placard on the dashboard would they have? My guess is no!

I know when a man not in uniform directs me to do something it time for him to identify himself, if asked for his name, his badge and which division he is suppose to give that information and apparently NYPD are confused on this or the NYPD Intelligence Division isn't that intelligent?
Why do I find fake NYPD parking placards the NYPD can't seem to understand are fake and I know NYPD procedure and mayor Bloomberg's private army NYPD Intelligence do not know they have to identify themselves as NYPD and show their badge if asked by a Civilian but they don't?
