911 Tech System NYC Gov Went 1 Billion 14 Million Tax Payer $ Over Budget = A Crime!

Dear FBI:  Can you help the People of NYC re: 911 Tech System -- over billing to the point of in my opinion robbery and possible jeopardizing our safety as well?

John Liu did audits and they are on line of the 911 Tech System called  Emergency Communications Transformation Program (ECTP)

He called for a criminal investigation so where is it?

This was simple math like CityTime -- any fourth grader could add up we were robbed.

If Mike Bloomberg approved a billion dollar over ride in his private business dealings  like he did on the 911 Tech System and 700 million like he did on CityTime he would be homeless and poverty level.


If we have a terror attack or a catastrophe we have a Rudy Giuliani's nightmare wrong decision of never moving the command center from the WTC  and he had a 11 years to do it.

I want the 911 Tech System called ECTP  Emergency Communications Transformation Program  investigated -- a criminal investigation asap and I want our money back the way we got $455 million dollars back from SAIC which I continue to say is too low.
