SAIC Bypasses NY States Concerns SAIC less than ethical

Apparently SAIC is working in Niagra Falls New York  for JBI, Inc, in today's PR announcement. Apparently private companies and equity investors are not following suit with the STATE of NEW YORK SHUNNING to NOT work with SAIC.  SAIC is that ever so large defense contractor who recently bought a get out of free jail card for its role in CITYTIME to the tune of 500million dollars.  LAST I CHECKED NIAGRA FALLS IS IN NEW YORK.  SAIC gets some portion of this 10 million dollars bypassing the clear effort of the State of NEW YORK TO DUMP SAIC.
