For so long I thought there was another person related to CityTime and Spherion that had flown the coop like the Allens the husband and wife that are wanted for their role as the owners of TechnoDyne in CityTime corruption and now I know it was Carl Bell but he I guess is back here and giving evidence trying to not go to jail? Not sure but a found the article in The NY Daily News and posted a couple of key sentences. So Bell is here the Allens remain in India below the radar.
