If the system crashes and a city workers needs help and picks up the phone the call is not answered by an NYC gov. worker but the call is outsourced to the mid-west.
Biggest Rumor: Mike Bloomberg needs Christine Quinn to be mayor to prevent a mayor not his puppet from launching investigations and one would be in to the Children’s Test scores and the rumor goes there were are major cover-ups for major dishonest reporting children’s grades!
