For years Pedro Espada and Vito Lopez to name just two guys has “king of NY” attitudes very much like Mike Bloomberg who became the ultimate poster boy but the cover-ups and unwillingness for the powers to be to prosecute is shameful. By the way Mike with his mini-me Christine Quinn’s help pushed through a third term and broke campaign laws doing so wiring money out of his personal account the day before the election because Mike Bloomberg knew what I, Suzannah Troy was stating for half a year before the election, Mike might not win do to voter anger!
Remember Corrupt Christine Quinn denied us a referendum and put the vote in front of a city council riddled with corruption? Will Miguel Martinez voted to extend term limits and he is now in jail and there are others that voted to extend that should be in jail but it took to long to bust them like Seabrook or some magically avoid prosecution but early on I said the term limits votes should have been thrown out because of corruption starting with Martinez!

Group lists city council members who took stipend cash despite criticizing it
"The watchdog organization, Citizens Union, blasted a list this afternoon of 12 members who took bonuses for leadership positions and committee assignments, despite telling CU were against the practice when they were seeking the group’s endorsement last year.
