Read Juan Gonzalez’s article on how the Parks Dept. lay-offs are directly related to corrupt wrong deals the city agreed to with the developers of the Yankee and Mets stadiums that screwed the Parks dept and the tax payers.

Reminder Rudy brought in the Tax Payer’s Titanic which I dubbed CityTime. Mike became the king of outsourcing and we have the biggest white collar crime ever all involving outsourcing that went unpoliced and CityTime was a tech payroll system suppose to stop workers from stealing.
