NYU uses it’s not for profit status as a tax shelter for shady to down right corrupt real estate deals and in case they are not robbing, raping the tax payers enough, forcing them out of their communities we got stuck with the infrastructure bills for their zone busting and the lousy conditions because Mike refused to put safety before greedy corrupt development.
