We pay Gartner for consulting and “quality control”. I have a question, actually two....
1) how much have paid Gartner? Since Mike came to power, he has wasted and got us involved in the largest white collar crimes in NYC gov. history and we are aiming to make him the ex-king of outsourcing although he wants to hire all his pals we want him to stop and keep NYC gov workers rather than continue to lay them off.
Gartner unfortunately has not been accused of anything wrong but if you read Sally’s article it sure sounds like they did!
2) Why can’t NYC gov. workers do what Gartner does including the comptroller’s office as long as we have some one like John Liu and not Bill Thompson who allowed CityTime to flourish along with Mike Bloomberg and Mark Page.
