SAIC has an Earnings Call Aug. 31 so the big question is will they be addressing the Elephant in The Room?  Why no arrests including City Hall Officials?  Ditto for ECTP.  Look to the lobbyists and than look at the lobbyists resumes!  They worked for City Hall.  Two were very connected to Rudy Giuliani.  Liz Holzman lobbyist for SAIC and does not sound like her concern was for the People of NYC but brokering big deals for SAIC!
