Rudy Giluliani, Peter Powers, Mike Bloomberg, Patricia Harris, Mark Page and so many NYC gov including Bloomberg's campaign staff, Christine Quinn for brushing aside 2 investigations in to SAIC and discouraging a 3rd.

I did not get in to all the lists of SAIC sub contractors and countless consultants....
