Reddy and Padma Allen, citizens of the US and top executives of TechnoDyne LLC, a New Jersey-based technology company that billed itself as a consulting firm that offered specialised consulting to governments and private businesses in the areas of software development and cloud computing management, are now wanted in a scam that defrauded the city of New York of $460 million."
"What is interesting is that TechnoDyne LLC had a sister concern, in Bangalore. For the past few years, McCreade Software Asia Pvt Ltd has been operating from an office in JP Nagar. This firm was being run by Soundarya Raghu, Padma Allen's mother. It also served as a recruiting ground for the US operations.
