FYI ECTP in the comment below refers to the 911 Tech System that is also rumored to be flawed and we spent 2 billion dollars of tax payer money on that! I mention that in my newest YouTube as well.
I found this comment along with 94 responding to the article way back when when Juan Gonzalez pointed out one of the 6 people accused of stealing 80 million dollars on CityTime via Spherion died and another left the country for a country where gee whiz we don’t have extradition.
Besides the fact Mike said we would get the 80 million dollars back and to date we have not got even half of the 80 million back...I am sad to report Juan Gonzalez praised Rose Gill Hearn which leaves people in wonderment since the most massive white collar crimes ever in NYC gov happened under her watch and SAIC was called out a decade ago...just after Rose Gill Hearn took off. It must have been hard for her to miss that letter of Richard Valcich not to mention a 700 million over-ride but people say the 911 Tech System ECTP is another scam like CityTime and this commentor has even more accusations so read on.....

Great Job Juan. First CityTime, then ectp, now you can move on to Citiserv and show how IBM is running FISA and is in bed with the ex doitt assistant commissioner at Dyntek, and are bilking the city of millions of dollars.
