Public Corporation such as SAIC must file disclosure statements as a matter of law/ to the new York Secretary of State, these forms are to protect shareholders/investors in SAIC. Those forms amoung some are called 8k. This particualr 8K is filed near and at the time of June 2 2011 when current fiscal financial reporting was announced .http://seekingalpha.com/article/273123-saic-s-ceo-discusses-q1-2012-results-earnings-call-transcriptWhat the 8K says and in my opinion is different and more important than the earnings call transcript is that they a could be at financial risk, no one says that unless they have to say it. The key word is material, an accounting term specifically used to warn or in layman's terms "tell/disclose" of a money risk. Also the 8K ignores the part on the earnings call which talks about unsubstantiated statements suchs as we did not know about the upcoming newest arrest on may 27the and firing of emploiyee on May23rd.In an 8k you stick to the facts. Which they are at risk and must begin to disclose to shareholders/the bank/investors. This makes the bank and those who are contracting with them very nervous. Also I am stuck on how they could not know.
