Note: talk of sub-contractor that worked for and under Technodyne also un-koshor activities... Read on but 1st I want to ask what is going on with NYC Council Slush Fund Inestigations?
Folks before I copy and paste their have been rumors heard on the street that still more sub-contractors are alleged to have helped themselves. I know this is like a horror comedy - far more horror because CityTime was suppose to stop stealing of City Workers, Unions but it appears the upper levels from nyc gov workers like Karen Shaffer who so far NYC gov refuses to fire or even makes return the $22,000 and countless consultants who realized no one was policing their time sheets and folks this could be possibly true of how many sub-contractors but also other tech systems....Mike Bloomberg would not be a multi-billionaire if this was his private empire, he would be bankrupt having a fire sale and Rudy brought us CityTime SAIC who opened the hen house for how many wolves besides themselves?
Was it Rudy who signed off on SAIC deal giving SAIC all the power, source codes, system an open door to abuse in my opinion and terrible business choice when we had AutoTimw which was owned and run by NYC gov and any stealing was chump change not massive white collar crime adding up to mega-bucks?
We have non- stop protests for fire houses and so many other harsh cuts and the lay off of honest low tier workers I hear "union busting" whispered as well along with CityCrime.
Here is the new comment:With Spherion, SAIC and Technodyne employees/consultants found involved in the fraud and under investigation for waste and abuse of tax layers money, two other groups need to be investigated:
1. Ariel Partners - another of SAIC'svsubcontractors on CityTime.
Ariel Partners was bought in by Gerard Denault as was Technodyne. While it remains to be seen if Ariel Partners provided kickbacksvto Denault and team, it is suspected with a 99% degree of confidence that Ariel Partners consultants over billed for their time on this project including paid vacation time with consent of SAIC management.
2. OPA's management under Joel Bondy.
One individual Spherion consultant was given a technical position for which he was not qualified. Both OPA management and Spherion was FULLY aware this person not qualified from the get go. Bill rate $125/hr before he quit 8 months later. A waste of over $125k.
Another individual was recommended by OPA and who provided nothing more than secretarial services to Scott Berger for almost 5 years at a cost of $125/hr. A waste of almost $1 million.
I would like to strongly recommend that the following consultants whose initials are provided to come forward and assist the DOI/DA's office in assisting the prosecution those who did wrong:
1. M.F
2. B.F
3. B.M
4. M.S
5. S.K
6. Ariel Partners consultants and owners
It is your duty as it is any person living in this country to assist the prosecution in this
case. If you were involved in this fraud as 4 of you were, now is the time to ask for lieinency and assist the investigation. Your names are eventually going to be released and unless you act now, it may be too late once Denault and others open their mouths.
You can run but you can not hide.
Think about it.
case. There is nothing to fear from Mazer/Denault/Bondy.
