Hey Matt, Mike Bloomberg and his mini-me have probably helped you because they only help their rich pals many who don't want to declare NYC their home but for the most of us the city has just declined and everything from the quality of life has declined why the costs rise! Mat Damon had the audacity or should I say arrogance to tell New Yorkers to vote for Mike Bloomberg for a third term! Matt can u even vote in NY or let me guess u live high here but declare Florida as your home base like a lot of overpaid Yankees who earn a fortune in NYC but don't want to pay the tax.
