To: Dept. of Investigation handling tech quality control NYC Gov: Investigate Gartner control of Spherion based on what I read in Sally Goldenberg's article Kick Back in Time, Gartner agreed to give Spherion 20 percent of what they billed to Spherion even though they were suppose to be doing quality control on them and Spherion consultants in the mean time were stealing 80 million dollars.
Why hasn't anyone held Gartner accountable in this matter. Why is Gartner above the law? It is extortion to agree to pay Spherion 20 percent isn't it? Is Gartner a sacred cow in NYC gov above the law, checks and balances and accountability. Who is watching Gartner. I was told Glenn Hutchins owns Gartner and he owns many companies. How many do business with NYC gov and how much are they billing nyc gov and who is their watch dog or do they have not limits at all?
