This CNN iReport by an anonymous whistle blower from Feb. 2009 specifically fingers a guy that works for SAIC and the press who we rely on to report the news has not mentioned one SAIC employee being busted. Is this a cover-up by the press or is the press being with held info or what?
I am confident when a forensic audit is done and if it done by intelligent people massive stealing across the boards will be found because the budget was inflated from a maybe 68 million to over 700 million--think Spherion and SAIC and all the consultants they hired....how many actually did work that paid-off for the people and not just for themselves?
Why? The massive bloated over run leaves a lot of unexplained spending for CityTime which still does not work and in fact costs and eats up even more honest worker's time. Why, oh why are we doing is the MTA doing a deal with SAIC after the MTA was warned about SAIC including Juan Gonzalez's powerful piece as usual....?
Whistle blowers were ignored by the Dept. of Investigation aprox. 2 years ago.... and just doing the math on the overtures on CityTime was enough for all of us to say stop the madness which I did as early as May 27, 2009 on YouTube as did so many Union Workers and at least 3 city council people on the steps of City Hall which I filmed and created a YouTube channel: BloombergnoCitytime
